Daniele has to say: Absolutly not my race... I was leading the final but again one my mystake finish my race. Fastest always, every days, but a lot of my mystake for not enough concentration.... No good..... Never one shit race from my side like this.
I think now is time to make holiday, get relax, because this year for me was realy realy full of races and testing days.
Thanks for all the support from WRC  - Franco Ghiotto for the fantastic car,gtx is super super fast and bring me again in the top level. Thanks to NOVAROSSI for the powerfull and fantastic engine for all the season, top! Thanks to MATRIX Boni Cristian for the tires and the bodies, perfect!

Remarks Former World Champion Daniele Ielasi stormed to TQ in round 3 of qualifying here in Fiorano running a kit standard version of the WRC manufactured GTX. Having destroyed one of his cars which featured some prototype parts in the front end, he switched back to the standard spare car which is powered by the latest development stage Ielasi Tuned engine.

NEWS from ENS - Q3 Update Ielasi puts in
surprise TQ run

The man with the biggest smile in the paddock, having not been on the radar until the penultimate round of qualifying, Ielasi stated I am super happy and I know I have a competitive car for tomorrow. Posting a surprise TQ run in Q3 despite running in Heat 11 of 15, the WRC driver said he lost out on challenging for the overall TQ in the opening 5-6 laps of the final qualifier due to having to run new tyres. Only 0.5 off Balestris time at the end of the 4-minutes he said things are so close that every fraction is critical. Feeling he has a very consistent car for the final, he said he has a really good feeling for tomorrow pointing out that while he has nothing to lose, the two starting ahead of him are fighting for the title.

Commenting on his TQ run, Ielasi said finally I have some luck.  Explaining what has been a challenging start to the ENS season final, the former 1:10 World Champion said, two days ago I broke my good car in half and in controlled practice I had more bad luck when I also destroyed my spare car. With his good car, that particular GTX featuring a prototype front end, unsalvageable due to the parts being one off pieces he was able to rebuild his spare standard car. Describing his surviving car as feeling good he added it was a pity he didnt have his good car as the prototype was for sure better.  A driver who always finds a positive out of every situation, he said ‘racing in Round 11 it is harder to pass but anyway he is happy now to fight for the overall TQ

Extended Ielasi Tuned engine range

Ielasi Tuned, the brand of Italian frontrunner and former IFMAR World Champion Daniele Ielasi, has expanded their range of hand-tuned engines by four new 1/8th on-road, buggy and GT engines. Adding to the already available extra long stroke 9 and 3-ports on-road engines are two long stroke 9 and 7-port variants for 1/8th on-road applications. Also available now are the 4-port buggy and the 5-port, IFMAR-legal, rally/GT engine.
All engines, except for the buggy variant, make use of the R7-16 conrod.

Italien frontrunner and former IFMAR World Champion Daniele Ielasi has introduced his new range of Ielasi Tuned engines in the form of the 9-port ITD.21 and the 3-port ITD.12. Both engines were built at Novarossi to his own specifications with the ITD.21 being an 1/8th scale engine based on the Novarossi Plus.21 crankcase and coming with the R7-16 conrod, a new design cooling head, and redesigned combustion camber insert. The Plus.12 based ITD.12 also comes with a new cooling head and redesigned combustion camber insert.
